You might want to double this recipe.
1 small handful cilantro
¼ red pepper
½ green (bell) pepper
½ medium white onion
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
4-6 fresh tomatoes
Dice cilantro in food processor. Add remaining ingredients, and dice.
